POWERHOUSE PASIG: Pasig reigns supreme, prevails as back-to-back champs in Batang Pinoy 2025

A dynasty in the making. Emerging as back-to-back overall champions, Pasig City asserted its dominance in the Batang Pinoy 2025 after hauling 95 gold, 72 silver, and 87 bronze medals to conclude its 5-day grueling quest for glory at General Santos City. Baguio City tried to reclaim its Batang Pinoy throne but was unsuccessful after notching a 91-72-74 gold-silver-bronze medal statline, just four gold medals short of reaching the summit. Swapping their podium finishes from last year, Quezon City and Davao City settled for third and fourth place, respectively. The City of Manila also delivered a commanding performance to complete the top five, capping off their redemption arc after managing only a lone gold in the previous edition. As the curtains close on this year’s Batang Pinoy, attention now shifts to next year’s games, with Bacolod City set to take the spotlight as the official host.
