The Home Development Mutual Fund (HDMF), commonly known as the Pag-IBIG Fund (Pagtutulungan sa Kinabukasan: Ikaw, Bangko, Industriya at Gobyerno) declared a record P64.34 billion in dividends for 2025, the highest payout in its 45-year history, with Regular Savings earning 6.62% and MP2 Savings at 7.12%.
The state-run agency said the payout reflects its strong financial performance after posting P65.28 billion in net income for the year.
According to Pag-IBIG, the declared dividends represent a 98.6% payout ratio, exceeding the minimum 70% required under its charter.
Meanwhile, the fund maintained a healthy capital adequacy ratio despite the higher dividend distribution.
Last year, Pag-IBIG released a record P140.54 billion in housing loans, financing 90,727 housing units nationwide.
In addition, total membership savings collections reached an all-time high of P160.41 billion, largely driven by voluntary savings.
Officials said dividends and MP2 returns will be credited to members’ accounts in the coming days, allowing members to view updated balances through their Virtual Pag-IBIG accounts.
